Ingredients
- Inniskillin Reserve Cabernet Franc
- 2 oz bourbon
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Ice
- Black cherries (garnish)
Directions
- Add bourbon, simple syrup, lemon juice, egg white, and ice to a shaker.
- Shake until well chilled, then strain into a rocks glass.
- Slowly pour red wine over the backside of a spoon for a red wine float.
- Garnish with black cherries, then enjoy!
