Layered Nacho Dip 

There's no cooking or heavy lifting, just assembly required. With layers of different textures and delicious flavours, it will be everyone’s favourite, whether you’re heading to a potluck or a family barbecue.


  • 1 ½ cups salsa
  • 2 cups grated Monterey jack and cheddar cheese
  • Small sour cream
  • Small cream cheese 
  • 1 ½ cup guacamole
  • 2 green onion stocks
  • ½ cup corn
  • ½ cup black olives 
  • ½ cup jalapeños
  • Nacho corn chips


  1. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. ​ 
  2. Spread evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. ​ 
  3. Add layers of guacamole, salsa, corn, and cheese.  ​ 
  4. Sprinkle on garnishes of olives, jalapeños, and green onions. ​ 
  5. Keep refrigerated. Serve with nacho corn chips and enjoy!​
