All orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.  Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.   Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.

Shipping Policy

Fast, Free Shipping On Orders Over $75

Our fast, free shipping offer applies to all orders from the Wine Rack on winerack.com over $75 that are shipped through Standard Delivery via Canada Post.  Orders placed with Standard Overnight via FedEx will have shipping fees associated with them.  

Delivery Time

All orders, Canada Post and FedEx, are normally processed and packed within 2 business days.  Packages are normally delivered within 2-5 business days. We do not control delivery of the package after it leaves our warehouse.  For the most up to date information please enter your tracking number at either the Canada Post or FedEx website depending on the delivery method you chose

Shipping Details 

Canada Post and FedEx: 

Please note that Canada Post has reinstated the Proof of Age door delivery.  If there is no answer or someone over 19 there to accept the delivery, then the item will be carded and sent to the local post office for recipient pick-up actions. If access to your location requires an access code or use of a buzzer, please include that when typing in your shipping address. Deliveries will not be left in the lobby or common area of apartment buildings or delivered directly to the apartment unit.  A signature of someone aged 19 or older will be required. 

 It will usually be your closest Canada Post facility which you can find by using the following link. https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/information/app/fpo/personal/findpostoffice.  

 If the package has not been picked up in 10 business days, the package will be returned to winerack.com and you will be contacted regarding the return. You will have to option to have the package reshipped to you at our regular shipping rates. Winerack.com is not responsible for additional shipping charges associated with return-to-sender packages.  

Same-Day Delivery

Same-Day Delivery is available on certain online orders starting January 15, 2024 in select cities in Ontario through our delivery partners. Minimum order value must be $35 CAD. The Same-Day Delivery fee starts at $6.67 CAD (inclusive of tax). Shipping is free for orders over $75 CAD.

To execute Same-Day Delivery, your order information and contact details will be shared with our delivery partners. Order cutoff times may vary depending on your area. Proof of age at the door will be required. If you, or someone over the age of 19 at your home is unable to accept the delivery, the delivery partner driver will return your order to the Wine Rack store and a refund will be issued through your original form of payment.
