A timeless classic for any gathering is Brie cheese. Rich and creamy with a buttery soft inside, it's a delightful experience for the palate, and its mild yet intricate flavour makes it a star on any cheese platter. And what's even better than Brie? This easy-to-make Red Pepper Jelly Baked Brie!


  • Wheel of Brie 
  • 2 tbsp red pepper jelly 
  • ½ pomegranates 
  • ½ cup pecans 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the Brie on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. 
  2. Cover the top of the cheese with red pepper jelly and toasted pecans. 
  3. Bake in the oven for 6 – 8 minutes, or until it starts to ooze but not melt.  
  4. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
