Saintly Negroni Sbagliato
This version uses sparkling wine instead of gin to produce a super sophisticated medley that’s bitter, refreshing, and sweet. It’s a refreshing twist on the fan favourite Negroni and one of the easiest recipes with equal parts of every ingredient.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Saintly The Good Sparkling VQA
- 1 oz Sweet or semi-sweet red vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- Orange peel
- Ice
Directions
- In a lowball glass, mix the vermouth and Campari together, then add ice.
- Top with Saintly the good sparkling.
- Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
