- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- Orange peel
- Ice
Directions
- Add vermouth and Campari to a rock glass with ice and stir to combine.
- Top with sparkling wine and stir again.
- Garnish with orange peel and enjoy!
